Yes, I told you that, you go to the wallpaper's page and below the description, you can click on it.
To re-upload a wallpaper, you go to User Options>Edit, on the wallpaper's page... But I'm almost positive you want to change its categories... I'm not sure how to do that without deleting it and uploading it as a new wallpaper. You might want to ask a moderator.
